Return (right of withdrawal):You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return unused items, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return (damaged/incorrect items):Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to receive a free replacement.

Standard delivery:Orders placed before 12pm are shipped the same day; those placed after 12pm are shipped the next business day.

Delivery :France (24-48 hours), EU (48-96 hours), International (4-14 days).

Express delivery:Available in France with additional costs.
