Return policy
Right of Withdrawal (Returns for Non-Professional Customers):
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. To exercise this right, please inform us within the time limit, the return costs being at your expense.
Return Conditions:
Only items that meet the following criteria can be returned:
- In perfect condition
- Complete with all original parts and accessories
- Unused and in original packaging
- Accompanied by the original invoice and any documentation provided
Returns are at your own risk, and you can choose the shipping method and optional insurance. We do not accept returns with postage to be paid upon receipt.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If there is an error in your order (wrong color, size or quantity), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will verify the details and, if confirmed, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement.
Processing Refunds and Exchanges:
Once we have received and verified the returned items, we will notify you of the status of the return approval. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days, using the original payment method. For exchanges, we will arrange for the replacement item to be re-shipped, with the cost covered by us only if the return is a result of our error.
